The Supreme Court was likely informed, behind closed doors, that Hillary Clinton is no longer alive. The actress playing Hillary is doing a convincing job... but the real Hillary has been dead for over a year.

Since the SC can't reveal that information, all they could do is block any requirement for Hillary to testify at a deposition under oath. You can't require dead people to testify.
