They are "gaming" the system in every possible way. It has been set up this way by the dems to allow it for votes. Millions of our dollars going to "help" them "survive". Where I'm at , they ALL drive around in brand new cars and eat FREE food. On top of having virtually zero rent. They are "masters" of ALL things free, including the "internet".
