OK but adrenochrome is not harvested from the pineal gland

Adrenochrome is an oxidation product of adrenalin, named for the gland that produces it

The pineal gland does not function as a reservoir from which may be harvested hormonal products of other glands.

Until just now, you've been misled by people who aren't trained in human physiology.
