If you know code you can read the source code and see if there is any malate in the tech.

Obfuscated C is just that: obfuscated. Not unreadable. The shit is not unreadable, just difficult. Work with some people who code badly and you can learn to read it.
And even if you audited every line of every program you use, good luck making sense of all the code for the compiler.
So negative.
It wouldn't be the first time I worked through crap code, and won't be the last.
Nobody said the job would be easy. But being a consistent debbie downer on the subject isn't making an argument for if its possible or not.
