Have I somehow missed it noted in this thread that Biden quite likely just isn't President to begin with?

I still believe that to be the case. I did earlier in this “Presidency”, and as weird as it’s all been, I believe that’s an even more reasonable explanation for this all right now.

Great discussion on this issue here, but if Biden isn’t truly President, we’re obviously going to be looking at a different scenario.
