The ROM (Restriction of Movement) policy for All Hands on a certain Navy base where I work:
We continue to field calls/emails concerning relaxation of our ROM. I want to make sure we’re all on the same page with XO’s latest. We are making allowances for those who are immunized (Moderna / Pfizer 2 jabs + 2 weeks, or 1 J&J jab + 2 weeks):
- Immunized personnel traveling out of area can return without ROM.
- Immunized visiting personnel traveling from out of area (400 miles) can visit without ROM.
- Those not immunized must complete the 14 day ROM in area when returning or before visiting IAW our mitigation plan.
- Policy will be updated as conditions change.
As a reminder, it is not your responsibility to verify visitors are immunized or not, that gets into privacy issues/PII. Just tell them the requirements.
It won't matter to them, might land you extra attentions from your supervisors.
Or such was my experience way back when, facts don't matter to the Big Green Machine, as we called it.

Yes, bit it most likely won't matter. Be prepared to look for a new job
