Sounds like Cuomo got a deal. Make vaccine passports mandatory and we will let you back into the deep state club and not prosecute you for killing all those sweet little ol’ gramma and grandpas in the nursing homes. New York is too stupid to realize they are being experimented on. The only people who are more naive are the people in Israel.
