We filed through HR Block on Feb 26. We are set up for dd and it’s still processing. And yes, we have tried calling and they hang up! I think there is something else going on..

Imagine if, suddenly, every American simultaneously stopped paying taxes of every kind.
Will the dream ever come true?
Have you filed your 2020 taxes? The automatic stim checks is closed. You file. Within in the I think its called deductions/credit you fill in if you have not recieved recovery checks. Its a question. Then your rebate goes up to 1800, total of 1st/2nd check.
The third stim check is automatically generated based on 2020 taxes and come some time later.
They owe us the second and third stimulus for our baby too. I’m sure we won’t see that money..
We have talked to the HR Block agent who filed ours and she said that the IRS won’t even talk to them
my fiancé filed 2/12 and got approved 2/12 and it isn’t here yet plus we can’t get ahold of anyone
Weird because i dont know a single person whos got their yet. We filed ours day 1, still waiting.
That’s why I brought it up. Was wondering if anyone else had problems too
I hear ya, a bit worried myself with all these changes to the fed taking place. Then seeing that almost no one has gotten theirs yet.
E-filed with H&R Block around the same time you did. Took less than 2 weeks for federal to show up, around 3 weeks for state. Both DD.
I still haven’t gotten the 3rd stimmy check. First two and my taxes were direct deposit, but for some reason the fags are mailing the 3rd stimmy to me. Makes no fucking sense when the have the direct deposit info.
I did my taxes on March 17 requested paper checks, and got them both two days ago.
I did HR Block and did e-file! I couldn't understand why I hadn't heard anything back on my refund. I went back over my taxes and found out that I accidentally put the second stimulus first and the first stimulus second on my return. I had to e-file a 1040x and amend my tax. It's been three weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my refund. In the old days IRS would have had a letter sent out and corrections made way before this. Their more worried about the stimulus than they are about giving back your money you over paid in taxes.
I owe on purpose. The government does not pay you interest on your money that they took from you and held for 12 months. That refund is my money I can put to work for me during the year. Although I think the IRS is an illegal grifting system, I write the check for what they calculate is fair theft , stamp and mail on the due date to get the proper postmark so it is not late, not a day sooner do I release the money to the corrupt IRS.
As for your question, I have heard of electronic filers that got their refund in as little as 4 days. They filed day one of eligibility so that may be why?
Well there's that theory that the U.S. is insolvent and out of money so....
We had to pay, per usual.
We have 5 sons and unfortunately don’t make a ton of money. Our return is way lower this year, but we still need it. We pay off debts with it.
Well, if it helps, we paid when we filed so we added some funds back into the federal account. Funds were probably sent to Xi, but we tried.
They are 5 months behind on paper returns...
We filed electronically and direct deposit
Wow, thats bad. typical government agency. useless
It’s a job where they wait out the clock and make a check for it
You're still filing your personal financial information with the IRS??
Don't they use that money for buying baby body parts and other evils?
Not sure why anyone is complying with this stuff. You're complicit.
No taxation without representation.
If we all ditched the bullshit at once it would end overnight.
People like you keep the evil alive.
