Observation from Texas. May be something

I'm a truck driver so I cover alot of ground. In my travels{just in Texas} I have noticed new car dealerships with hardly any cars on the lots. Just wondering is this normal or is there more to it?

No you can't buy with that but the younger people getting their new car loans do not care, I work with a bunch of them.
