I've tried to explain this unsuccessfully to my father-in-law. He rails daily against the dems and wokeism etc but then will sit down and watch football or NASCAR. How do you not see you're feeding the beast?
Me too. Sunday football used to be the highlight of my week. It brought me so much joy, but the players never cared about offending me. As a small business owner, I would never do anything to offend half my potential clients. No matter what they say, no matter how many pats on the back they give themselves, they are getting pay cuts when the owners inform the players unions that there's just not as much money to go around anymore.
now I got to find some old school Dukes of Hazard for my kids to watch. try to only support patriots in this household whether referring to actors, politicians, athletes, organizations or businesses
