If Harris becomes President, she nominates somebody for Vice President, like a cabinet position. Congress confirms a choice with a majority vote in both the Senate and the House.

If the House impeaches Harris, and the Senate votes to remove her from office before she can get her candidate confirmed, then Nancy Pelosi would become POTUS.

Biden, Harris, Pelosi... I don't really care. They all want the same thing - destruction of America.
