So I was watching a little thing yesterday of kids wearing VR sets while getting vaccinated and I thought - "Wasn't there a whole thing with those Elsagate videos for kids that involved syringes?"

It seemed so weird at the time, but I wonder now if it fits in this puzzle somewhere.

I just looked at this. Very disturbing. Lots of those videos involved hypodermic needle injections often in the butt. Demonic.
