So I watched all of them and also the attached. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkoxmZu9vSg He states that they can't track your location however he says "Per FCC rules" so if you believe we are dealing with rule followers than maybe they won't. Also if you have "Share Location" active on your phone you give permission to auto-share with apps at can use it without being prompted.
