I have found that those "people" generally no longer have a soul. If they do not have a soul, then they are no longer God's children.

Anyone, who has given up their soul to follow Satan/Moloch; eat children; drink human blood; and willfully gave their soul to Satan, will never receive love and forgiveness from me.

If there is redemption for them; it will have to come directly from God.
