The Corner had already stated in his report that there was no asphyxiation damage consistent with a strangulation by knee. Specifically said it was a lethal combo of alcohol, fentanyl, and crack. So...why are we having this trial again?

If I recall correctly they didn’t like that report and brought in another coroner that gave a report they did like.
