He couldn’t breath because he was having a major cardiac problem. You suggest they just let someone go who won’t comply that committed a crime? It’s not like the kicked the hell out of him or anything like that.

when i had a serious heart attack I could hardly breath, very difficult to get enough oxygen. No question about that.
