Oh shit,where is Ken Alibeck?Is he still at Fort Dettrick? Ken was the Soviet Unions Chief scientist for biological warfare and when the USSR collapsed the US Govt employed him to keep him out of mischief.

Ken was probably the most gifted scientist in regard to designing and developing biological warfare agents, a true genius. Very scary stuff.
