I trust my doctors to an extent but literally had to research and diagnose my own rare disease, DermatoMyositis. I carried the info to a new Rheumatologist because three others just refused to even test to see if I had it. She did the tests, one actually required a deep tissue biopsy, done by a surgeon under anesthesia, which left a six inch scar on my arm, and sure enough, I tested positive. I saved my own life.
They don't like you researching your own ailments. Heh.
Last time I went in to a specialist, there was a flat-screen on the wall scrolling the words: "Google is not a doctor!"
Was funny and cute, but I'm sure lots of people bring a lot of Google research to their doctor that is way off the mark. You know, clicked on the first "Ask Yahoo" link and diagnosed themselves from there.
But even if you have heavily researched and have legitimate info, they don't want to hear it. It's their word, or no word at all.
Unless I need a bone set, I am never going back to a doctor. I am my own doctor now. As it should be.
I have just switched to fail-safe health. Green juices and alkaline water to increase my PH balance. It is the cure-all for everything......EVERYTHING
Yeah well. Not sure I agree that it will cure anything, but I’ve had this probably for 15 years or more, and have changed my life in every way possible including nutritionally, to try to get ahold of this horror. It caused me to have a stroke on my right side. Luckily it did only medium damage but it still changed the quality of my life drastically. But I’m willing to give what you’re talking about a go. Any links you can provide me with you trust?
