"The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows..."

Trump has not yet been vested with executive Power despite having won the election. Assume IT HAPPENS and he is restored to the Presidency. This would not be a 4 year term as per ARTICLE II, SECTION 1, CLAUSE 1.

Finish out this "term", eligible to run in 2024? It's my parmesan cheese hopium and I'l snort it straight out of the carpet if I want to.
