The numbers are 1) upvotes that all people have made on stories/submissions you have posted, and 2) upvotes that all people have made on comments you have posted.
Not a count of what you have upvoted. As far as I know there isnt an accessible count of these, but you can find a record of all the upvoted comments you have made under 'settings -> upvoted posts'.
