I’d say that’s all plastic surgery. In 2011 the face looks heavy like its pulling downward trying to slide down to the ground. When I look at the others I see he had his whole face lifted and his eyelids done. So it looks like a silicone mask.

The real Biden is long gone. What we see now is an actor playing a buffoon, with the "tells" (peeling latex around the eyes, epicanthic folds that wrap around down to the cheeks, moles that keep moving, etc) becoming increasingly obvious to wake you up.
I can’t prove anything different and I do agree he looks different yet somehow also the same. He used to have an angry face now it’s childlike happy. I wouldn’t argue with you about it.

A huge number of ID based impersonation and document-forgery style attacks are all being done, not just with elections and voting.
Are representatives being impersonated with masks? Who controls the fake figure, and what verification of their identity is being done? Biden had a broken foot one day after abusing his dog, and the very next day all the media pretended that the old man shuffling around sans protective boot or limp was the same guy.
When RBG was 'dying' she was supposedly voting on all sorts of measures that the SC was ruling on. Was this really her, what proof exists that whatever voting system that was being used was not being hijacked and tampered with by 3rd parties?
For that matter are the twitter and other social accounts really in possession of the supposed owner when these are political figures? noname was tweeting while dying of brain cancer.. clearly impersonation efforts were going on that twitter was aware of and was facilitating. Term limits and even elections dont matter if behind the curtain is the same hostile controller regardless of what minion is the public face.
When the left demands that trannies necessitate tampering with and editing birth certificates to pretend that they arent really males or females, is this also going to be a greenlight for any terrorist or invader to fake their name, date of birth, country of birth? It seems like one of these things that once open will be abused to the maximum extent possible. Hussein must be really be excited at the prospect of messing around with birth certificates for example..
