Im only on 6K and it popped up.

I was thinking the mods go around and see someone with a big number and no pepe so they decide this guy needs a pepe.and bam!that guy gets a pepe. ??

Do mods decide which Pepe you get?

I got the coffee one, I was wondering is there a reason they pick the ones you get?

I dont know the specifics. But i kniw like was mentioned already.there was a post awhile ago saying you could ask the mods to give you a pepe and had a list of the different pepes.

Mine just showed up so i figured i either hit the required posts,comments or upvotes. Or i been active long enough for the mods to just give me one.

He is cute though.
