Since all these therapeutics are now proven to be effective treatment for Covid ALL these people that tried to block it should be held accountable for Thousands of deaths. This includes so called journalists, Governors, and of course Falsi, Brix, an asshats in congress. They intentionally (premeditated) caused the death of thousands. That is grounds for MURDER........

Is magnesium very important to take? I can’t take magnesium, my body doesn’t agree with it for some reason. I do take zinc, vitamins C, D3, E & B12. I’m probably not taking as much as I should but I can only stomach so many at one time.
Generally you don't need to try to OD on vitamins and minerals. If you are eating a reasonably healthy diet and taking occasional supplements you are probably doing fine.
Mg is a necessary mineral. You can't live without it. Our modern foods and water processing tend to remove a lot of the minerals our bodies need, including Mg. This plays a part in the necessity of supplements.
If you are Mg intolerant, I would suggest trying to take it in small amounts over the course of the day instead of all at once. This allows your body to absorb it without overloading your intestines with too much Mg2+ causing an osmosis effect which draws water into your intestines. This is what causes the unpleasantness. I would suggest you add a normal dose of a magnesium salt (Mg-glycerophosphate, Mg-malate, Mg-citrate, etc.) to a glass of water and sip it throughout the day.
Thanks very much for the info! Yeah that’s what happens. I didn’t know there was a magnesium salt. I’ll have to check into that. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Ménière’s & I’ve had vestibular migraines (migraines with vertigo) for over 15 yrs, you know because having vestibular migraines wasn’t enough right, had to get Ménière’s too, which I really have to watch my salt intake now. I mean vertigo sucks as it is, but Ménière’s vertigo goes to whole new level of sucking! So whole new diet.
