I don't understand how the variables can be so nailed down by the actual Tweet time on the clock. All of it is assumed that you are viewing the Tweeter in the correct time zone. If you have the Twitter app, or viewing the page, isn't the time the tweet was posted in YOUR time zone, which could be different than any matched Q post? Maybe the actual Q-clock is consistent across time zone variation somehow. Like certain truths are consistent no matter which hour.
