None of us has THE answer to that question but what I do know is that Trump had this playbook from the beginning. Time after time after time he has countered their moves before they made them. So why would the vaccine be any different? Trump is a master strategist. I will not get the vaccine and I trust that Trump has a reason for what he is saying.
