Remember this: They enjoy using words not normally used to fool the utterly stupid mobs it means something important.

Asymptomatic means "Healthy"; i.e. if I am not sick, I am Healthy (asymptomatic)

They use this method to suspend and exacerbate fear where none should reside. Always be on watch for this, as it happens quite a lot.
