15-30min per day of vigorous movement. This can be as simple as a brisk walk in your own neighborhood. The more the better, honestly.
Minimize, if not outright refuse, Vax, especially Flu: Flu vax actually does the exact opposite of what it claims and causes health issues stemming from it.
I don't usually post, but this resonates more than usual. So Vitamin D (sunshine) is very beneficial. Once this BS came to be they told you to stay indoors (limits Vit D) wear a mask, limits O2, increases CO2, create a petri dish for bacteria and to top it off, not being exposed to anything hampers your immune system. It's no wonder why people got really I'll from the Flu, and also why numbers have dropped in states that have opened back up. Also, I think a lot of what people had that had it bad was Bacterial Pneumonia. My 2 cents.
Those who had complications/died from a Cold Virus of 2019 (COVID19), literally the sniffles, had it exacerbated and amplified to make it mutate into Bacterial Pneumonia. This was caused from mask wearing and not allowing the body's natural exhalation of bad air to take place, instead sucking it right back into the lungs to get exponentially worse. Same as the Spanish Flu that killed 50m+ in 1918. [They] were hoping to replicate the fear and death toll.
In short, what you think above, is 100% provable fact.

For prevention, 15 mg a day of zinc should be good, unless you know you're deficient.
For treatment, they recommend 220 mg of zinc sulfate, which is something like 50 milligrams of ionic zinc. Remember, that's only for 5 days and has to be followed exactly as prescribed by your enlightened doctor.
I take an 11mg Zinc supplement twice a week as a reinforcement. If you eat Healthy (not fast-food regularly) good amounts of zinc come with it. I eat more healthy than crappy which is why I only do twice a week.
If feeling "off" this 11mg goes to once a day until that off feeling goes away.
After stopping the Flu shot every year and being very wary of anything a Doc wants to poke me with, I can proudly say I haven't been sick since 2012 because of this simple regimen. It's been fantastic to not dread "that time of the year".
