Yep. A healthy person taking 3x the amount of fentanyl needed to kill an elephant would have died!

With or without drugs, having someone put about 91lbs on the back of your neck, while handcuffed, for over nine minutes, will kill you.

I'm not saying he wasn't on drugs, I'm just saying that if drugs weren't in his system, he still would've died by asphyxia.
