It talks about water related things specifically the line,
to obtain huge wealth through large scale release of water (LIQUIDATION??)
This may be why those water treatment facilities were hacked in Florida and Texas as well as why Gates is buying up huge swaths of land around water shelves. I see this going one of two ways. I think Gates will pump the water full of the new strain and then these Chinese hackers will turn of the treatment facilities OR the hackers will somehow get it into the water supply through the treatment facilities and then all fresh water will be given out by Gates.
This is why we need someone like militias or police or military in the area to raid Gate's properties and shit.
