I suppose one could argue that Q is providing a day to digest the news cycle. i.e. Q tries to set it up in a way that refers to yesterday's news. However I haven't done any research to suggest this is a frequent tactic.
I see nothing special about "buckle-up" and "trust the plan" either, other than being typical slogans.
