I want to say "buckle up" has something to do with fasten your seatbelt. With "trust the plan" it is a common phrase from Q so there may be a bigger emphasis on it now.

the 'buckle up" reminds me of the Feb 1997 Survival Guide to the Future/George Magazine which has so many crumbs...
