The interesting thing is when it comes to safety EVERYONE wants the BEST candidate! This is an extreme example of how stupid it is for businesses to select a “politically correct” candidate over the best one!

Medical schools are doing this is too. Who wants a doctor that only got in because of their skin color? Makes it unfair to the ones that got in based on their brains and just happen to a certain skin color.
