This is why we need to run Intelligence, Counter-Intelligence and Counter Insurgency strategies. I'm tellin' y'all if you don't they will. Bring all the officers being let go in liberal states and bring them down to Texas let the militias to run intel and work with law enforcement and to make sure they don't defect to the Cartels. Pull cartel officials out of office.
