I pray your friend finds something of value from that channel. The medical world is eugenics masquerading as health care. We have to take our health into our own hands. Maybe that rude doctor was the rude awakening you and friend needed. That isn't to say you won't find a good doctor, but maybe try functional medicine or integrated medicine. First know anatomy/physiology so you know who to look for to help you. Like a team. You + doctor. Some doctors are awesome on the get go but gosh, that is hard to find! Dr. Berg is the best! I've been watching his videos for about two years, I go on kicks where I watch a bunch at once on a topic and then I'll move on to another vitamin or topic or whatever. It eventually all ties together. I recommend start with digestion/pancreas/bile and learn how problems there lead to many others you may be familiar with. Or start with your own symptoms. Sometimes people don't even know they have a symptom though...like me...I have a couple moles near my arrmpits and neck...turns out that's a sign of diabetes or insulin resistance! The more videos I watched, the more I understood I was mere years away from a bad problem.
