Between a dozen and 20 a year amongst millions of interactions huh?

Exactly. Too few to be statistically significant or even a sign that racism in policing is a problem but frequent enough that there's always one available when the elites want to make a stink.

As for Chauvin being involved in other false flsgs, I'm not current on those theories.
