I’m a nurse and we use vanish point syringes at my job. The needle retracts once you inject the medication to help prevent an accidental needle stick to the nurse. Not saying these people actually took the vaccine but it is possible that is the type syringe being used.

You are correct, I looked it up and watched a video on how they work. I have never heard of these needles, thanks.
