UFOs are DS and CIA assets and are sent to threaten MIL Trump loyalists.

Reasoning

Area 51 skunkworks CIA DoD DS
Phoenix lights are an asset
only MIL especially NAVY personnel see these UFOs not the thousands of commercial flights daily
UFOs are shown outclassing MIL hardware - why? If they truly are from another planet they don’t need to flex. If they get here in force they’ve already won.
