How about some people to pick up all of the fucking garbage they let the RVs and drug addict homeless spew all over the place. I guess that's just too much to ask for by people like my family who pay 4,500 in property taxes, $125 arts tax, payroll tax, bag tax, and bottle tax. So tired of this IDIOT Portland government.
