The medical examiner said it was homicide because of the stress the police caused Floyd by holding him down like that. Well how are the police suppose to know what medical conditions people have, especially when those people high on drugs have no idea what medical conditions they themselves have? So police are suppose to just not arrest a person resisting arrest because they "may cause" that person to have heart problems? Give me a break!
That medical examiner basically said that if Floyd were not in that situtation with the police and had taken the amount of fentanyl that was in his system, he would have died anyway, so how he can actually say that the police caused him stress that caused him to die is absolutely ridiculous.
Sorry for the rant, but watching that guy testify pissed me off, he was trying to be a good little boy and do what "someone" told him to do, so that Chauvin would be found guilty. He looked nervous when he realised the lawyer had him saying what he didn't really want to say.
I don't know anything about Chauvin, if he is a good cop or a bad cop, but I don't believe he killed Floyd. I saw a video of one of part of the trial where one Doctor (must have been another medical examiner) said Floyd had No bruising on his neck, even when they pulled his skin back there was no trauma, but I can't seem to find that video clip.
This! The moment it slipped out that he was alive on his way to the hospital he became very rigid and stiff. He knew he fucked up and couldn’t take it back
