The easiest thing to do is drink a protein shake that has most of these in it, then just add the extra D3, quercetin etc... I drink Spiru-tein every day for lunch. It has most everything you need in it which keeps things simple. Add and fruit to it to your taste and have extra fiber also-win, win.
Add quercetin. It is a zinc ionophore so it helps with the uptake. And thank you for the reminder to add magnesium :)
