I’ve been doing Vit C, Mens 1 a day(zinc and others in that) and fish oil daily but am adding K2 + D3, Mag Glyc, Fulvic and Humic Acid, and oil of oregano to the mix this week. Eat pretty healthy but one day a week, need to mix in more workouts maybe do more jumping rope, push ups sit ups. Quit drinking booze I hear is the biggest thing to cut out but I’m only 5-10 a week. Very excited!

Oregano oil is a blood thinner and a very strong antibiotic and anti fungal. You should only take it for 2 weeks at a time and take probiotics.
