I doubt a mayor would get any of this information a mayor isn't that important.

A Democrat mayor...I don't think so.
I think there were two awful D mayors (back to back of each other) previously in NYC and Guiliani came in as an R to clean it up.

I think he also served in the Reagan Administration as a Republican.

I think he may have been a registered D in the 70's, but after that he has been an R politician. Same as POTUS...at one time he was a D in NYC, but then he registered in the R party.

True. I'm sure info was dolled out on a 'need to know' basis, but I do believe he knew what was planned for WTC7 and, therefore, possibly more.
