First step??? Get rid of the Dominion system in each of the 38 or so states it infests. THEN and only then will you have real elections rather than the gifted "votes" to put a candidate over the top with a razor thin edge-the sleeping electorate have missed this for years and the damned dems took advantage of the sleepers..
