Went to a Winery here in Mask Mandated NC

NOT one person including the staff were wearing a mask.

Because they were so gracious not to require masks we ended up each having two glasses of wine with a cheese plate followed up by a dinner, Then we decided to buy 6 bottles of their wine to take home.

They will continue to get our business.

NC also, but I haven't worn one anywhere except in hospitals that I work in. Its funny when I walk in places wearing scrubs with no mask. I've had 2 people ask me t put one on and I just said "no" and kept walking. Eastern, rural part of state for me, so I'm sure it is more hostile towards the infested liberal areas.
