Your illustration of coding and amino acids wasn't very clear but I think I know what you are getting at. I believe death is because it stimulates an immune response which can be costly in certain populations. But mostly because our bodies are full of spike proteins as it is a human protein. Their are indications these antibodies that are developed can target about 1/3 of our cells and unique organ tissues a few dozen amount the 4 types of tissues. it appears to weaken certain organs particularly heart/lungs and kidneys and in older populations that erosion and fluid that accumulates can be enough to push people in weaker health into a deadly situation. The younger people dying is more rare and likely due to a different or much more severe reaction.
