We know that the riots were always the plan, the purpose if you will. It's only ever been a matter of when they needed them to happen to scare and distract people. They overcharged Chauvin in the beginning just to ensure the outcome that would be likely to spark the worst riots. Not that the rioting is organic in any way.... these are paid agitators just like at the Capitol.
