I think they have done a lot of experimentation with depopulation. Vaccines (not all), abortions, war, viruses, etc. have all been depopulation experiments. I think it is highly likely they want to substantially reduce the population. There are several pieces of evidence that that is the case (WEF statements, Georgia guidestones e.g.).
But they are very patient people. Introducing things that reduce birth rate might be their ultimate path. It doesn't have to be some doomsday event (like an airborne ebola, or nuclear war). It could be a yearly vaccine that reduces the birth rate by 20% one generation, then 50% the next, then 90% the next. In a hundred years they would have achieved their goal and with sufficiently convincing narrative, propaganda and distractions no one would even be the wiser (or at least not enough to matter ("Conspiracy theorists!")).
My question is always why? It' in such contrast the last 80-ish years of American and Global policy. It seems to me like there was a sudden switch. Maybe it was part of the plan the whole time. Get people turnt out like a prison bitch on big government and world peace and then go back to business as usual and take out who ever was dumb enough to believe such things.
Too many people means too much potential chaos. You needed people 100 years ago to build a nation and run it's economy. Now machines can replace 90% of what humans do for the elite.
