If most of the governors did nothing under Trump... 80% of them will do nothing now. This is why the troops might be able to take charge.

The belligerent occupying power (Joebama) would be disregarding its obligations to protect the population under the DoD Law of War.

During Trumps endorsement of Sarah Huckabee Sanders, he asked "can she just be appointed?" this I believe is a tell of how governors will be replaced.. The very best candidates will be installed until free and fair elections are held and those appointed will be viewed for consideration..
