All kidding aside, when i do play chess, i usually go after queens with my knights because of their odd attack pattern, opponents simply overlook it sometimes.
I believe the arrangement of the pieces isn't what's important here. This looks like a fairly standard opening and not like they've put pieces specifically in place for meaning. As in it looks like a natural progression from playing chess

The queen isnt in check in that chess board though.... shes not even at risk.
