I watched it earlier today. At first glance, I thought “this looks to complicated” but I stuck with it.
He did a pretty good job of organizing the data and explaining high level but with enough detail to make his points. Essentially The Plan is outlined in the Department of Defense Law of War Manual and Q drops align to specific numbered paragraphs in the manual. It makes more sense today than it would have at the time of the original Q drop and it certainly was compelling to me. It’s worth the 45 minutes (after intro and before his closing).
He put a lot of work into it, that’s for sure. I suspect there are plenty more “undiscovered proofs” now that there is a potential key to the encryptions.
